Module One: We start with a deep dive into Social Media Platforms and which are the right ones for your venue. We take a look at your ideal customers and what you offer them and what you stand for and believe in. The first week has downloadable modules, some printable material and the first weekly 'Drop-In' session.
Module Two: This module looks at your marketing strategy and how Social Media can support the delivery. You get introduced to the Three Types of Posts and gain a deeper understanding of what great Social Media is capable of. The second 'Drop-In' session is live, and each participant has access to a variety of modules.
Module Three: This module is about 'Creating Great Content'. This huge module takes participants through the anatomy of a great Social Media post. You are shown how to take your Social Media from 'Like' to 'Love'. You will also have a variety of videos to watch, notes to download and tools to plan their posts. Bonus include: The Marketing Mixing Desk, the Cloud and many more easy-to-use tools.
Module Four: This module is about 'Growing Audience, Engagement and making more sales'. You'll be given an insight into AI - what is it and how do you use it, we will cover some ways to grow your following and how to convert those followers into customers and also how to use scarcity as a tool. We will also teach you how to increase engagement and show you how to utilize analytics.
Module Five: The Tools Module. This module shows you how to use tools that make a Social Media Manager's life easy. We introduce you and show you how to use five FREE software tools that will save you hours of time and effort and elevate your posts.
Module Six: 'Tying it all together'. This week sees us looking deep into integrating everything you've learnt so far. We create a marketing calendar and design campaigns that mean more customers and more sales.

How much time do I need to do the course?

This will depend on how quickly you pick up new information. You should plan to spend 1-2 hrs per week on the modules initially and then you can go revisit them whenever you wish to refresh your knowledge.

Can two people do it from the same venue?

Absolutely - the course fee is a one off per business.

Do you have to complete them in order?

Ideally yes, to help you to get a better understanding of SM we have set the content in the most beneficial order.

How many times can I rewatch the modules?

As many times as you want, once you have purchased the course you can watch it as many times as you need to get a clear understanding of the content.
